Registration Fee

Non-Vietnamese Academics and professionals: 300 USD per paper/person

Vietnamese Academics and Professionals: 200 USD

Ph.D. students: 200 USD

Registration instructions will be included in the acceptance email.

For UEH staff:

- Before April 1st 2023: The registration fee is 200 USD for the first paper and 150 USD for the 2nd paper onwards.

- After April 1st 2023: The registration fee is 200 USD per paper.

Notes:

• The above fees do not include a banking transaction fee.

• The registration fee is non-refundable.

• Receipts will be issued upon request and provided on the conference registration day.

• Ph.D. Student Registration: Please email your student ID card

• For UEH staff: In case of financial difficulties, UEH staff please contact the Organizing Committee for support and further consideration

A. For Participants Presenting Papers

To register, you should follow two steps: 

1) To pay the registration fee, use the below options (credit card or bank transfer).

Registration fee (If you pay by bank transfer, please pay exactly in VND since our bank account is in Vietnamese currency (VND). Please note that you must choose to pay all associated bank fees.)

The registration fee is USD 300 (or approximately VND 7,100,000) for each paper and each author.

If you have more than one paper, the registration fee for an additional paper is USD 200 (or VND 4,700,000).

The registration fee for a co-author is USD 200 (or VND 4,700,000).

Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch during the conference. Accommodation is not included.

Should you need to pay by credit card, please send us an email to icbf@ueh.edu.vn and we will send you a link via email to pay by credit card.

2) To complete the online registration form, and you will receive a confirmation email.

B. For Participants (without submission or with co-author without presenting papers)

To register, you should follow two steps:

 1) To pay the registration fee, use the below options (credit card or bank transfer)

Registration fee (If you pay by bank transfer, please pay exactly in VND since our bank account is in Vietnamese currency (VND). Please note that you must choose to pay all associated bank fees.)

Foreign authors or Authors from non-Vietnamese University

The registration fee is USD 200 (or approximately VND 4,700,000) for each listener (physical presence).

For Vietnamese authors

The registration fee is USD 150 (or approximately VND 3,525,000) for each listener (physical presence).

Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch during the conference. Accommodation is not included.

2) complete the online registration form, and you will receive a confirmation email.
